3 days 2 night desert tour from Marrakech to Fes to celebrate The New Year’s Eve in the desert in a luxury camp

December 30th: Marrakech – Telwet – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades gorges
Your travel to celebrate New Year’s Eve in the desert of Merzouga dunes begins crossing the high Atlas mountains. Ascending through the 7,413-foot (2,260-meter) Tizi N’Tichka. We will see beautiful villages suspended on the flanks of the mountains during the drive, stop for lunch and tour in the World heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou. (This famous kasbah was used as a backdrop for more than 20 films.) Pass through Ouarzazate and continue towards Skoura oisis with it’s authentic 17 century kasbah, the valley of a thousand Kasbahs, Roses Valley and finally to the spectacular Dades gorges where we will overnight.
December 31st: Dades gorges – Arfoude – Merzouga desert camp
Early in the morning, and after breakfast we will departure to Erfoud. Berber villages are scattered along the way, We’ll pass through Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet, and then we continue to Merzouga, after relaxing few minutes in Merzouga, we go to the camels trek, who are waiting to take us on an adventure in the sand dunes. We will spend the night in an equipped camp with drums music in the middle of the Sahara Where we will celebrate a special New Year’s Eve dinner, after watch the beautiful sunset , we will spend the night in nomad tents after the celebration.
January 1st: Merzouga – Arfoude – Errachidia – Midelt – Ifrane – Fes.
Wake up early morning to enjoy the first sunrise of the New Year on the top of the dune in the Sahara Desert then have your breakfast. After these beautiful moments, you will ride your camel back to the hotel where you can have a shower. You will depart to Errachidia via Erfoud, Aoufous and the valley of Ziz then stopping for a panoramic view of the oasis of Aoufous in the Tafilalte region. Continuation to Midelt across the pass of TiziN’talghamt and have lunch break. After lunch you will be driven to Fes via the Cedar forest near Azrou and the mountain of the middle Atlas with the possibility to see the Barbary apes (monkies). You may have a stop in Ifrane (the Switzerland of Morocco) before arriving to Fes. End of our services.

25% deposit is necessary to confirm any program. The reservation should be done at least 4 weeks before starting program. Tours booked before that need full payment at the time of booking.
